Welcome to the Internet home of The Zestivities!® Shoppes, a group of eclectic stores in a very unique setting!  We are located within the Wild Wolf Shopping Village, next door to Wild Wolf Brewery in Nellysford, Virginia, where we have been connecting, expanding and transforming 5 barns into distinctly different boutique and gift shoppes.

Situated on scenic Route 151 (Rockfish Valley Highway) just minutes from the famous Wintergreen Resort, our venue has spectacular mountain views, absolutely some of the best in the area!  Originally we were the site of the Rockfish School which later became the home of a landscape nursery with both a waterwheel and waterfall pond.  The ponds are now home to schools of goldfish and koi, and groups of beautiful iris.

HomebrewZ!™ opened our doors in December of 2011, soon followed by  ExtraZ!™ in January 2012, and Zestivities!® Patio which opened on our deck in June 2012.  Construction is currently underway on the interior of the new Zestivities!.  Once this project is complete, TidbitZ! will follow, with a planned opening in 2013, along with an expansion of HomeBrewZ!.

We are open 7 days a week (362 days/year), and our current Winter hours are Monday - Thursday 11:30am until 7pm, Friday & Saturday 11:30am until 8pm, and Sunday Noon until 5pm.  We hope that you will stop by and check out our shops, and then step next door to enjoy a great meal and some of that fabulous beer at Wild Wolf  Brewery!  You can sit inside, or out in the recently enclosed and heated patio bar.  You'll discover why we say that Zestivities! and Wild Wolf are a great "Combination Destination"!
